Review and sign before the shoot
Complete this form only after the shoot concept and essential project details have been discussed. Submitting the agreement records your acceptance but does not by itself confirm a shoot date.
Model Agreement
Version 2.0 · Effective 27 July 2026
1. Parties and project
1.1 This agreement is between Leon Blakk Photography (the “Photographer”) and the person identified in the signature form (the “Model”). It applies only to the project identified in that form and the related written shoot confirmation.
1.2 The agreed date, location, concept, session type, compensation, final-image count and delivery period are confirmed separately in writing. If those details conflict with this standard agreement, the individually agreed project terms take priority.
1.3 Submitting this agreement does not itself confirm a booking. A shoot is confirmed only by the Photographer in writing.
2. Boundaries, safety and conduct
2.1 Participation is voluntary. The parties will discuss the concept and expected styling before the shoot and will behave professionally and respectfully.
2.2 Selecting a category in the form communicates openness to discussing that category; it is not consent to nudity, intimate touching, a specific pose or any activity not expressly agreed. The Model may decline a pose or stop the shoot where a boundary or safety concern arises.
2.3 No lingerie, implied-nude, topless or nude content may be created or used unless its scope has been separately and expressly agreed for the project. No image may be used for pornographic, unlawful, defamatory or deliberately harmful purposes.
3. TFP and paid sessions
3.1 For a TFP (Time for Print) collaboration, neither party owes the other a modelling or photography fee unless otherwise agreed. The Model's participation is exchanged for the agreed final edited selection.
3.2 The number of final images and delivery period must be confirmed in writing before the shoot. If no number has yet been confirmed, this agreement does not create an unlimited or unspecified delivery obligation.
3.3 For a paid session, the fee, payment schedule, deliverables and usage licence are stated in the individual offer and the Customer Terms.
4. Selection and editing
4.1 The Photographer selects the technically and creatively suitable images and edits them in the Photographer's established style. Portfolio examples illustrate style but do not guarantee an identical result.
4.2 Rejected frames, duplicate frames, test exposures and RAW files are not deliverables. The Model may not apply filters or material edits that misrepresent the Photographer's work, apart from reasonable cropping or platform formatting.
5. Optional Private Extended Library
5.1 The agreed final TFP or paid-session selection is separate from the Private Extended Library. The Extended Library is an optional, separately priced add-on and is not part of the TFP compensation unless expressly included in writing.
5.2 An Extended Library may contain up to 300 curated, lightly retouched photographs. “Up to 300” is a maximum, not a guaranteed number. The actual count depends on the shoot and excludes RAW files, duplicate frames, test exposures, rejected frames and technically unsuitable images.
5.3 Before purchase, the Model will receive the total price, actual or maximum count, access method, access period and delivery timing. Lightly retouched Library photographs are not equivalent to the fully retouched final selection.
5.4 Access is personal and private. Gallery links or credentials may not be published or shared. Images involving another participant may be withheld to protect that person's rights or boundaries. The Extended Library purchase does not expand the Model's usage rights.
6. Model's image licence
6.1 The Photographer retains copyright in all photographs. The Model receives a non-exclusive licence to use delivered photographs in the Model's own portfolio, website, casting materials and non-commercial social-media profiles.
6.2 The Model may not sell, sublicense, supply images for brand advertising, use them in paid promotions or permit commercial third-party use without the Photographer's prior written permission. Agency presentation and editorial submission on the Model's behalf are permitted unless the individual project confirmation says otherwise.
6.3 Where reasonably possible, the Model will credit “Leon Blakk” or the Photographer's stated social-media account.
7. Model release to the Photographer
7.1 The Model consents to the Photographer creating, editing and storing photographs from the agreed shoot and grants the Photographer a non-exclusive, worldwide right to reproduce and display the agreed final images for the Photographer's portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, editorial submissions, printed portfolio, self-promotional materials, art prints and membership platforms such as Patreon.
7.2 This release does not authorize use of the Model's likeness to falsely imply endorsement of an unrelated third-party product, political cause or sensitive personal claim. Third-party advertising, stock licensing and uses materially outside the agreed concept require additional written permission.
7.3 The Photographer may identify the Model by the credited name or social-media handle supplied for the project. The Model may request no public credit in writing.
8. Sensitive and intimate photographs
8.1 Any permission concerning lingerie, implied nudity, toplessness or nudity must be documented separately for the specific project and intended publication channels. General acceptance of this agreement is not consent to create or publish such images.
8.2 Sensitive photographs will not be placed in a shared participant gallery without the express permission of every identifiable person shown. A participant may request that agreed sensitive files be delivered through a more restricted method.
9. Privacy and private delivery
9.1 The Photographer may process the Model's contact details, agreement record, project communications and photographs to organize and perform the shoot, document consent, deliver images, administer licences and establish or defend legal claims.
9.2 Service providers used for forms, email, hosting, gallery delivery and storage may process data on the Photographer's behalf. Details, retention information and data-protection rights are provided in the Privacy Policy.
10. Cancellation and withdrawal of participation
10.1 Either party must promptly communicate a delay, cancellation or material change. Project-specific cancellation terms in an accepted written offer remain applicable.
10.2 Ending participation before or during the shoot does not automatically revoke uses already validly agreed or require deletion where continued processing is otherwise lawful. Any legally available withdrawal or objection will be assessed prospectively, taking account of the circumstances and rights of both parties.
11. Age, law and severability
11.1 This online agreement is for adults aged 18 or over. A minor may participate only under a separate agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian.
11.2 German law applies. Mandatory protections remain unaffected, and statutory rules determine the competent court.
11.3 If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Changes to this agreement must be documented in writing, including email.
12. Electronic acceptance
12.1 By selecting the required acceptance boxes, typing their legal name and submitting the form, the Model confirms that they have read and understood version 2.0 of this agreement and intend to sign it electronically for the identified project.
12.2 The electronic submission, agreement version and recorded acceptance time form part of the project record. The Model should print or save this page before submitting and keep the Photographer's written project confirmation with it.
